- The need to improvise, based on what the group do
- The need to understand group dynamics and how people respond to social situations
- The need to continually develop new ideas and ways of getting the group to work
In all seriousness, I think the comparison ends here, as I don’t think that the set of a reality TV show is somewhere where people would feel safe enough to have deep and meaningful conversations. Whereas, I like to think that, in the meetings I facilitate, a safe environment is created, so people can speak without fear of retribution, or being voted out!!!
