Fiona is a finance and HR professional. With 16 years in chartered accountancy and 15 in senior leadership roles, she’s a rare combination of business discipline, leadership focus and people skills and brings real depth in each of those areas.
Fiona’s passionate about building capability in businesses and in the people who work in them. Her people-centric approach emphasises the building of strong relationships founded on trust and on valuing the unique contribution we each can make to our work.
Having trained as a facilitator with Meeting Magic, Fiona has seen at first hand the improvement in effectiveness and impact delivered through working in a truly collaborative and connected way. She’s excited about bringing her experience to new situations, meeting new people and facing new challenges.
Is there a thought, an idea that drives her approach to work and success? Many, in fact — but the one that crops up most frequently is from Keith Ferrazzi in Never Eat Alone:
“The choice isn’t between success and failure; it is between choosing risk and striving for greatness, or risking nothing and being certain of mediocrity.”
