The dynamic 5C’s of meeting culture.

CO-CREATING – Working collaboratively to create new solutions where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

CULTURE – Paying attention to the organisational culture, in particular where there is dissonance between the espoused culture (i.e., company values and ways of working) versus the actual cultural practice.
