I am a big supporter of the work done by Comic Relief. The idea of doing seriously valuable work, through having fun, sits well with me.
Friday 18th was Red Nose Day in the UK, a day dedicated to raising funds for comic relief. That evening the TV was full of fantastic fund-raising activities. The one that made me laugh most was a comedian called Smithy, facilitating a meeting full of famous people.
I think the meetings I lead have some characters, but this one beats mine hands down. Surprisingly though, I think his celebrity participants were very well behaved!
