Warren Miller
Trained in the political sciences and with over 15 years’ experience as a meeting facilitation professional.

Warren brings a formidable yet friendly contribution to shaping and directing meetings and other group activities.
Based in the US, Warren has a profound understanding of meeting and organisational process and is able to communicate strategy and implementation to stakeholders to drive the group towards agreed actions. His skills include project management, policy management and implementation, and focus group, qualitative research, and innovation facilitation. And he’s worked with single-focus teams, multi-interest groups, and cross-functioning teams.
Warren’s passion is for problem solving, consensus building, and conflict resolution within groups and organisations. He’s worked extensively with multi-stakeholder collaborations, scenario planning and visioning projects to achieve high-quality results.
Warren was trained by The Grove Consultants International in strategic visioning, team performance, and graphic facilitation. He uses the AhHa! methods for focus groups, surveys, qualitative research, and product/service innovation. He holds a degree in political science from the University of North Carolina, and has taught as an adjunct professor at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, teaching project management in the public sector. He’s also served as a guest lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Master of Public Administration program where he has presented on collaborative governance and participatory focus groups.
