Why aren’t all managers taught to run productive meetings?

…and we frequently get feedback from people on our training courses who say they wish they had been trained in meeting facilitation earlier in their career.

In an ideal world, every manager should have meeting facilitation training, at least the basics, as soon as they reach a position where they are regularly leading meetings.

We have really moved on this year in our thinking about how we can help people learn these skills effectively. So we have a couple of NEW offerings
a) an intensive one day course aimed at giving participants practical tools to get them up and running with productive meetings

b) a series of three telephone coaching sessions to support someone preparing for a big meeting
